Terms & Conditions 

• Check in between 14:00 and 22:00. Check out by 10:00.

• Children of all ages are welcome.

• Pets are allowed and can stay free of charge.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the caravan. 

• Groups are accepted up to a maximum of 6 people. No stag and hen groups.

• Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge.

• Vehicle charge extra cost

• A non refundable deposit of £100.00 per unit booked is required. Full booking balance must be paid 14 days before arrival.

• Payments by: the following cards: Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Maestro, Mastercard and American Express.

Damage Deposit Mandatory

• £100 is paid as a damage cover and returned after 24h-48h from check out  subject to: the caravan being left in the same condition that you entered and no breakages or damages to the caravan during your stay. 

• If the booking is cancelled less than 14 day(s) before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.

• If the booking is cancelled 14 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% percent of the stay will be made.

• In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
