Vaping or Smoking of any substance is prohibited ANYWHERE INDOORS.
Should it be found that this clause has been breached, the security bond will not be returned at the end of the rental period and will be used to pay for a deep clean on the apartment.

We may be able to offer an early check-in or late check-out service.
However, this is obviously dependant upon other guests arrival/departure times.
Please discuss with us before booking.
Check out after 10am (unless pre-arranged) will be charged £50 late check out fee and it will be deducted from the damages deposit.
